Meet the Team!

Dr. Bolger joined Victor Dental Care in the Summer of 2021 and is happy to be back in his hometown. He grew up in Victor and graduated from Victor High School. He received his undergraduate degree from Niagara University before moving on to study dentistry at the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine, graduating in 2013. After completing a general practice residency at Kings County Hospital Center in Brooklyn, he returned to the Buffalo area. He practiced at the Buffalo Dental Group and was a part time clinical instructor at the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine.

Dr. Bolger is excited to be a part of the team at VDC in providing excellent dental care to their patients. He is committed to being a life-long learner and is always working to advance his dental knowledge and expertise through continuing education. He believes that incorporating new advancements and technology into the dental practice is the best way to improve clinical outcomes and the overall patient experience. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the New York State Dental Association, the Seventh District Dental Society, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.

Dr. Bolger is married to his wonderful wife Meaghan and has two young boys, Rory and Charlie. When he’s away from the office, he enjoys spending quality time with his family, golfing, and exploring the many restaurants and breweries that Rochester and the Finger Lakes region have to offer. He is an avid Yankees fan and tries to watch as many games as possible. Meaghan turned him into a big fan of the Buffalo Bills, and together, they attend several Bills’ home games every year.

Dr. Meaghan Bolger joined Victor Dental Care in the fall of 2022. She was born and raised in Grand Island, a suburb of Buffalo, NY. She received her undergraduate degree from SUNY Geneseo in 2010. She then continued on to study dentistry at the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine, graduating in 2014. She followed in her father’s footsteps and completed her residency at the VA Medical Center in Buffalo and remained in the area practicing for almost 10 years before moving to Victor in 2021. Like Dr. Kevin Bolger, Meaghan was also a preclinical professor at the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine in addition to private practice.

Dr. Bolger takes pride in providing the highest level of personalized care to each patient. Being the daughter of a dentist and teacher, she has always valued patient education and communication within your dental care team. She is a member of the American Dental Association, the New York State Dental Association and Seventh District Dental Society.

Dr. Bolger is married to her husband and coworker, Kevin. They have two young boys, Rory and Charlie. In her free time, Meaghan enjoys baking, cycling, workout classes, and watching movies. She takes full credit for converting Kevin into a Bills fan and is learning to love his NY Yankees.

Dr. Mark Tornatore has practiced General Dentistry in Victor, NY, since 1989. He established his practice with a simple philosophy: Take care of people in the manner that you wish to be taken care of yourself. That concept endures in his practice to this day.

Patient care is paramount. High-tech equipment, procedures, and materials are utilized to provide patients with needed care. Caring team members work with Dr. Tornatore to facilitate as comfortable a dental experience as possible.

Dr. Tornatore received his dental degree from the prestigious University of Pennsylvania, one of only a handful of local dentists to graduate from this fine institution. His undergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy & Science. Dr. Tornatore is originally from the upstate New York community of Canastota.

Dr. Tornatore believes that optimal patient care involves a continuous and collaborative study of new methods and techniques in today’s ever-changing practice environment. Dr. Tornatore and his team pursue continuing education in excess of the New York State requirement and are energized by the technological advancements and state-of-the-art procedures allowing most patients to keep most, if not all of their teeth for a lifetime.

Dr. Tornatore is a member of the American Dental Association, the Dental Society of the State of New York, the Monroe County Dental Society, the Ontario County Dental Society, the Elmwood Implant Peer Practicum, and the Apollonian Dental Study Club.

On a personal note, Dr. Tornatore is an avid skier and a member of the National Ski Patrol. In the summer months, see Dr. Tornatore on the water, sailing or boating. He enjoys these activities and others with his spouse, Eileene, and children, Kirsten, Matthew, and Bryan.

Katie has been with Victor Dental Care since 2019. She earned her Associate’s Degree as a Registered Dental Hygienist from Monroe Community College and Bachelor’s Degree of fine art from Alfred University. She lives in Fairport with her husband Tyler, son Miles, and their black lab named Kona. Katie enjoys hiking in the Adirondacks, cooking / baking, yoga, pickleball, art, boating and golfing. Katie is committed to providing the best care and making patients feel at ease during their routine hygiene appointments.

Theresa is one of our senior hygienists. She joined the practice in spring 2014. She received her Associate Degree for Dental Hygiene in 1987. Her mission is to provide the highest standard of individualized care to each patient! Away from the practice she enjoys family time with her husband Chris. They have 4 grown children, 4 grandchildren and 3 dogs. She enjoys camping, caring for 23 perennial gardens and impacting the youth with children’s ministry. Theresa is also a fabulous cake decorator!

Korie joined our team after graduating from the hygiene program at Monroe Community College in 2022. She is originally from Denver, Colorado and moved to the Rochester area in 2016. She enjoys hiking and being outdoors with her husband and German Shepherd. Korie strives to provide thorough, personalized care for her patients.

Sydney joined our team in 2023. She is a graduate of MCC’s dental hygiene program. She strives to always create a positive dental experience for her patients. Sydney currently lives in Mendon after living most of her life in central Virginia. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends as well as her two dogs. She is an avid horseback rider and loves spending time with her horse Gali.

Born in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, Else came to the USA in 1987. Initially, visiting only for a summer, while studying at the University of Amsterdam. Plans changed after she met her husband and sponsors who funded her dental hygiene education. Else has been taking care of patients at VDC since 2019 and has over 30 years of experience. She loves skiing, windsurfing, home improvement projects, and taking care of your teeth.

Gretchen has been a valued member of Victor Dental Care since 2021, bringing with her a wealth of experience as a registered dental hygienist since 1974. Her expertise spans general dentistry, periodontology, and pediatrics. Alongside her dental career, she earned a business degree from RIT in 1995. Outside of work, Gretchen is passionate about studying history, public speaking, gardening, and art. She lives with her husband, Larry, and their son Jonathan, and she cherishes her role as a grandmother to Mason.

Shannon joined our team in 2003. She is one of our Certified Dental Assistants. Shannon and Scott live in Victor and have 3 grown sons between them. They enjoy traveling and going for rides on their motorcycle.

Kathy joined our team in 2019 and has been in dentistry since 1992. She chose this career as a way to face her own dental fears. Kathy enjoys making sure her patients are comfortable and can relate to how they may be feeling. Kathy has 3 grown children and 2 grandchildren. They love to spend family time on Keuka Lake together. Kathy and her husband, Bill, love to cook, entertain, and travel with friends.

Jenna joined our team in 2023. She has been in the dental field for about 6 years, introduced by her mother who is a dental hygienist. The majority of her career was in dental pediatrics in Winchester, VA. She currently resides in Webster and enjoys spending her free time with family, friends, and her fur babies, Zoey and Rudy (Irish terriers).

Kerri joined our team in 2023 and is one of our certified dental assistants. Kerri comes with experience in oral surgery, periodontics and general dentistry. In her free time, she likes to do yoga and spend time with her family and friends.

Kathleen has been a dental assistant since 2016. She is from the island of Puerto Rico. Kathleen is bilingual in English and Spanish. Kathleen loves to visit her family in Puerto Rico when possible. She has a son and enjoys going to the beach and eating yummy Puerto Rican food.

Debbie has been a dedicated team member at Victor Dental Care since 2003. She and her husband have two adult children: their son and his wife, who are based in Oregon and love exploring the Pacific Northwest, and their daughter, who recently completed college and had a notable lacrosse career at Niagara University and Hobart & William Smith Colleges. Debbie and her husband enjoy a range of outdoor activities, including skiing, hiking, and gardening, and they cherish spending quality time with family and friends.

Eileene has a 25-year history of helping patients to be their healthiest! Her background was predominantly in nursing until 2003 when she joined Dr. Tornatore and his team. Eileene enjoys the outdoors and loves a good adventure with her family—especially sailing, traveling, and exploring.

Bri’s journey from a Bay Area native to a dedicated dental professional reflects both her adaptability and commitment. With over a decade of experience in patient care, her transition into dentistry during the pandemic showcases her resilience and passion for helping others. When she’s not working, Bri immerses herself in travel, live music, and the joy of caring for her three rescue pups.
